A Qatari organization has agreed to improve the performance of public libraries in Somalia.
Qatar Charity signed the agreement with the Ministry of Education of Somalia.
Dr. Mohamed Ahmed Sheil signed the agreement on behalf of Somalia.
Abdulfatah Adam signed it in his capacity as the Director of Qatar Charity in Somalia.
Dr. Sheil is the DIrector of Somali National Library.
Through the agreement, Qatar Charity will enhance the infrastructure of public libraries in the East African nation.
It will also provide the libraries with books while training their personnel.
