Regional state leaders have arrived in Mogadishu ahead of the presidential elections expected to take place on Sunday, May 15.
Jubbaland’s President Ahmed Islam Madobe was the latest to join his colleagues in the nation’s capital.
He arrived on May 8.
Others already in the capital city include Southwest’s President Abdiaziz Hassan Mohamed and Galmudug’s President Ahmed Abdi Karie Qoorqoor.
President Said Abdullahi Deni and President Ali Gudlawe had earlier arrived from Puntland and HirShabelle respectively.
