Residents of a Hargeisa Settlement Receive a Donation of Public Hygiene Facilities

Residents of the Kallah Settlement in Somaliland’s capital have received a donation of 60 public hygiene facilities.

Kallah, a newly established settlement located to the south of Hargeisa, comprises 1,380 families who have been without proper hygiene facilities and services for long.

The facilities were donated as a joint project between the World Vision and the national agency tasked with caring for Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) and refugees.

Courtesy of the donation, the local residents now have access to 60 facilities that they could use for their toiletry needs to keep hygiene standards high at the settlement.
