Residents of Sakow, a town in Middle Juba, have reported hearing overnight explosions on February 10.
According to several sources, the explosions emanated from suspected airstrikes by United States military in the region.
The sources stated that US military carried out the drone attacks against suspected Al-Shabaab bases in the region on Wednesday midnight.
The US military, Somalia government, and local administration are yet to issue any statement on the drone attacks.
