The Minister of Agriculture and Irrigation, Mohamed A. Hayir Maareeye, officially inaugurated the Rural Livelihoods Resilience Programme (RLRP) in Mogadishu on Saturday.
This key initiative is designed to strengthen rural communities by increasing agricultural productivity and promoting food security throughout Somalia.
By focusing on empowering these communities, the RLRP seeks to enhance resilience against climate shocks and economic challenges, ultimately contributing to the country’s sustainable development.
