Russia Ready to Deliver Grains to Somalia and Other African Nations

Russia is ready to start delivering grains to Somalia and other African nations.

Sergey Lavrov, the Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs, offered this assurance on Friday.

He said that the country was now ready to deliver the grains to six African nations.

Apart from Somalia, other nations earmarked for the grains include Burkina Faso and Zimbabwe.

Mali, Eritrea, and the Central African Republic will all receive 50,000 tons of grain each.

Lavrov added that Russia would cater for all expenses related to shipping the grains.
