A leading humanitarian and human rights organization in Somalia provided psychosocial support (PSS) kits to children who encountered El Nino rains and floods in Dollow.
SEDHURO offered the kits to the children for several days.
The support enabled the young ones to benefit from critical emotional and psychological support following the devastation left behind by the El Nino rains.
Through the kits, affected children can look forward to regaining a semblance of normalcy.
SEDHURO offered the kits jointly with other organizations that included Somalia Humanitarian Fund (SHF) and the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA).
Somalia Child Protection Area of Responsibility (CP AoR) also played a role in ensuring that the affected children get the PSS kits.
