The identity of the senior Al-Shabaab Leader killed in a Somali National Army (SNA) operation has been revealed.
SNA confirmed killing Khalif Da’ud in an operation carried out jointly with the United States Africa Command (AFRICOM).
Da’ud was killed when SNA and AFRICOM conducted the offensive on December 17.
The government called upon those who are still in Al-Shabaab to surrender and turn from their ways while there’s time.
