Serbia has reiterated its commitment towards receiving Somali students running away from the ongoing war in Ukraine.
On March 3, Somalia’s Abdisaid Muse Ali spoke with Nikola Selakovic over the phone.
Ali is Somalia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. Selakovic is Serbia’s foreign affairs minister.
The Somali minister is engaged in continued efforts to ensure that all Somalis in Ukraine find safe passage out of the warzone.
Selakovic assured Ali that the Serbian government would not cede its commitment to Somalis.
