The Somalia Humanitarian Fund (SHF) has allocated $25.7 million to victims of the floods in Somalia since October 2023.
SHF published this in its latest report released on January 4.
In the report, SHF stated that the money had been released in five allocations over the last the last three months of the year.
Somalia experienced one of its worst floods last year.
El Nino rains and a terrible infrastructure made the situation worse. The lack of proper emergency services also left many people dead, displaced, injured, or stranded.
