Six people were reportedly killed in a suicide bombing that shook Mogadishu on April 3.
Four other people were injured in Saturday evening’s shocking incident.
Ismael Mukhtar Omar, a spokesperson for the Ministry of Information, confirmed that three women and one child were among those who died in the explosion.
Omar noted that the deaths occurred when a suicide bomber blew himself up outside a popular restaurant in Shangani, Mogadishu.
The information ministry spokesperson said that security authorities were conducting investigations to establish the motive for the deadly attack.
In his views, though, Omar stated that a nearby police station or government office could have been the primary target of the attack.
