Somali National Army (SNA) and African Union Mission in Somalia (AMISOM) troops completed training on gender-based violence (GBV).
Twenty-four soldiers drawn from SNA and AMISOM completed the 5-day training.
The soldiers were trained on different ways of combating GBV.
Trainers also took the soldiers through training on ways of enhancing protection of children during military operations.
The training ended on November 15 in Mogadishu.
