Gen. Odawa Yusuf Rageh, the Somali National Army (SNA), traveled to Djibouti to attend the Djiboutian army’s celebrations.
Rageh was in Djibouti on Tuesday for the 46th anniversary celebrations of the founding of the Djibouti National Army.
He delivered a congratulatory message from Somali military to the leadership of the Djiboutian army and people.
