Somali National Army (SNA) commandos have removed improvised explosive devices (IEDs) from two villages in Kismayo.
DANAB Commandos, who serve under SNA as one of the military’s elite troops, removed the IEDs in an operation undertaken early on Monday.
The IEDs were in two villages; namely, Qura’madobe and Dhayabdi.
The two villages are under Kismayo town, which is the administrative capital of the regional state of Jubbaland.
