A joint operation between the Somali National Army (SNA) and local forces helped to drive out Al-Shabaab terrorists from Ciid-Ciidka.
The operation took place on Thursday.
Sources revealed to the media that the joint offensive left Al-Shabaab with a huge loss after many of its members died and others were arrested.
