Somali National Army (SNA) forces have repelled an attack by Al-Shabaab militants in a village in the regional state of Galmudug.
The government troops repelled the attack that the militants wanted to carry out on Monday morning in Qayib village.
Consequently, SNA soldiers not only repelled the attack but also killed several terrorists.
A spokesperson from the federal Ministry of Defense confirmed that the troops are now hunting down the remaining terrorists who took off.
