Somali National Army (SNA) has recaptured three villages in Hiiraan from Al-Shabaab terrorists.
SNA forces in the region conducted a successful military operation against the militants in three villages that are under the Buloburde district.
The districts in question are Yasoman, Sagalged, and Aborey.
Al-Shabaab militants have been in control of the three villages for ages.
In the last few weeks, the federal and regional governments have carried out successful military operations to smoke out the militants.
The operation that freed the three districts took place on Friday, September 16.
