Somali National Army (SNA) has regained control of two villages in the regional state of HirShabelle.
Government troops are currently in the region conducting military operations to smoke out Al-Shabaab terrorists and destroy their bases.
On Monday morning, they recaptured two villages from the terrorists.
The villages in question are Harar Lugole and Fidow.
SNA sources confirmed the success of their operation, which took place early on September 12, during an interview with state media.
