Somali National Army (SNA) soldiers killed 40 Al-Shabaab terrorists in Middle Shabelle in an intense security operation.
The operation took place on Saturday, July 2.
SNA soldiers primarily focused on Ali Fool-Dhere village.
Other than killing the terrorists, government troops also destroyed Al-Shabaab bases during the special military exercise.
It’s not yet clear whether the government side had any casualties to report.
