Somali National Army (SNA) troops killed five Al-Shabaab terrorists in a Lower Shabelle operation.
The military carried out an operation in the region on Thursday.
Gen. Nur Mohamed Gabow confirmed the operation to the media.
He added that the operation was in Awdheegle, Ay-buuteey, Johar, and Gumeysi-diid.
