The Somali Disaster Management Agency (SODMA) has called for an urgent humanitarian meeting over the Bardhere floods.
Reports from the region indicate that floods have rocked Bardhere in the last few weeks.
Bardhere and other areas in Somalia have experienced intense rains in recent days.
On Saturday, SODMA called for a meeting of all humanitarian stakeholders in the region to discuss relief efforts.
Over 50 stakeholders are expected at the meeting.
Mohamed Moalim, the SODMA Commissioner, has already traveled to Bardhere to hold discussions with people affected by the floods.
