Somalia Disaster Management Agency (SODMA) Commissioner Mahamuud Moalim recently met with Mirko Giulietti, the Swiss Ambassador to East Africa, including Somalia, to discuss the ongoing humanitarian crisis.
The meeting aimed to explore strategies for alleviating the effects of the impending drought, which threatens to worsen the already challenging humanitarian situation in Somalia.
Both parties emphasized the importance of collaborative efforts to provide timely assistance to vulnerable populations and mitigate the impact of the crisis.
