The Commissioner of the Somali Disaster Management Agency (SODMA) has met with a delegation from the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).
Commissioner Mahamuud Moallim of SODMA held discussions with the OIC team that was under the leadership of Ambassador Tarig Ali Bakheet.
Amb. Bakheet, the OIC Assistant Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs, met with Commissioner Moallim on Monday.
The SODMA Commissioner briefed the OIC delegation on the activities that the agency is involved in and the progress of the humanitarian response in the Horn of Africa nation.
