The Somali Disaster Management Agency (SODMA) delivered several health lifeline support packages to the residents of Janale town.
SODMA officials delivered the packages on Thursday.
Janale, a city of great beauty and natural resources, was left devastated by the El Nino rains and floods in December 2023.
A few senior government and humanitarian representatives were at the function held to flag off the distribution of the packages.
They included Senator Hussein and Abdullahi Musa Ahmed.
The latter is the Director of Health Department at the disaster agency.
