The Somali Disaster Management Agency (SODMA) dispatched essential food supplies to the regional state of Galmudug.
On Sunday, officials from the agency led by Commissioner Mahamuud Moallim witnessed the dispatch.
Some of the food supplies would also be delivered to SSC-Khaatumo region.
In his brief speech, Commissioner Moallim assured the public of SODMA’s commitment to speeding up the relief efforts.
