Somali Cabinet Discusses Preparations for National Secondary Schools Exams

Somali cabinet discussed preparations for upcoming national secondary schools examinations.

The cabinet held its weekly meeting on Thursday under the leadership of Deputy Prime Minister Salah Ahmed Jama.

Ministers discussed several other issues too.

The flooding in Hiiraan region from the bursting of River Shabelle’s banks attracted their attention.

Further, they touched on the execution of the new regulations on rickshaws (Bajaj Tuk-Tuks).

The Minister of Defense joined his colleague from the Ministry of Internal Security to brief the cabinet on phase 2 of the ongoing offensives against Al-Shabaab.
