The Council of Cabinet has endorsed plans to establish a World Fund for Development and Planning (WFDP) office.
Cabinet ministers agreed on this when they held their weekly meeting in Mogadishu.
They met under the leadership of Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre on Thursday.
