Abdifitah Moalim Nur was killed in the terrorist attack.
Four civilians escaped with injuries.
Witnesses say that a terrorist wearing an explosive vest blew himself up.
The incident took place at the Blue Sky Restaurant, which is in Mogadishu.
Sadik Ali Duudishe, the Somali Police Force (SPF) spokesperson, confirmed the incident.
Duudishe added that police launched investigations into the incident immediately.
