The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has confirmed that all members of Somalia’s official delegation to the 113th Session of the International Labour Conference (ILC) in Geneva have returned to the country.
In a statement issued Wednesday, the ministry affirmed that the delegation fulfilled its mandate in full and adhered to all official procedures throughout the mission. The clarification comes amid speculation surrounding the delegation’s return.
The ILC, held annually by the International Labour Organization, brings together representatives from governments, workers, and employers to discuss global labor standards and social policies.
