Somali Education Minister Attends the Arab Science Cooperation Summit Virtually

Somalia’s Minister of Education attended the Arab Science Cooperation Summit virtually.

Farah Sheikh Abdikadir, the federal education minister, attended the opening session of the summit on September 22.

The summit is taking place at the ongoing 77th United Nations General Assembly (UNGA77) in New York.

During the opening session, participants emphasized the importance of science to the divided Arab world.

They also called for strategic cooperation as a means of realizing Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
