The Somali Embassy in Khartoum was looted.
Mohamed Sheikh Isaac, the Somali Ambassador to Sudan, confirmed the incident a short moment ago.
Amb. Isaac added that armed militia attacked and looted the Embassy on Monday.
The incident takes place at a time when Sudan has been in a political crisis.
Violence has been the order of the day for the last month or so.
Amb. Isaac called the incident a “barbaric act” carried out by militias with scant respect for international law.
