Somalia’s Minister of Finance has encouraged all the ministry directors to serve everyone in the country more effectively.
Dr. Elmi M. Nur said this during his meeting with the ministry directors on Saturday, September 10 in Mogadishu.
Dr. Nur and the directors discussed ways of serving Somalia and the Somali people more effectively.
He urged them to ensure that the ministry helps the government to deliver the economic reforms and aspirations of all Somali people.
Further, Dr. Nur reminded the directors of the ministry’s mandate, duty, and promise.
“The ministry exists to grow the economy, instill proper public financial management, and promote good governance,” Dr. Nur said.
