In his remarks at the graduation ceremony of the University for Peace (UPEACE) Somalia, PM Barre emphasized the government’s strong dedication to advancing education and leadership development in Somalia.
He further announced that free PhD education will be availed for 60 Somali students at UPEACE, which is a powerful step toward empowering future leaders and fostering a skilled workforce.
This initiative not only highlights the importance of education in nation-building but also showcases Somalia’s commitment to global academic collaboration.
