The Federal Government of Somalia is prepared to fight terrorist groups operating in the country forcefully and comprehensively.
Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre said this during his meeting with a delegation from the African Union Commission Political Affairs Peace and Security (AUCPAPS).
The meeting between the Prime Minister and the AUCPAPS delegation took place in Mogadishu on Wednesday, July 20.
Barre mentioned that the Somali government is ready to launch a forceful and comprehensive fight against terror groups such as Al-Shabaab and ISIS.
He informed the AUCPAPS team that the government would use military and non-military means where appropriate to defeat the terror organizations.
