Mohamed Ibrahim Moalimuu has announced his intentions to contest a parliamentary seat in the ongoing elections for House of the People (Lower House) seats.
Moalimuu, who was injured during a terrorist attack outside his house in Mogadishu last month, just returned to Somalia from Turkey.
He had traveled to the European nation for medical treatment.
On February 23, he announced his intentions to vie in the ongoing federal parliamentary elections.
Moalimuu told the media that he would contest elections for HOP#068 in Beledweyne, HirShabelle.
