Immigrants of Somali origin organized a Global Somali Diaspora in Turkey.
Representatives from the Turkish Embassy in Somalia also attended the summit, which discussed several issues affecting Somalis in Turkey.
The issues discussed revolved around the opportunities and problems affecting Somalis in the European nation.
Specifically, participants talked about education opportunities and business. They also discussed investment and culture.
Jawaahir Daahir, the Chairperson of the Global Somali Diaspora, also expressed her views with the other participants.
