Somali legislators visited the Turkish Embassy in Mogadishu to honor the martyrs of the 15 Temmuz 2016.
The legislators from the Senate (Upper House) and House of the People (Lower House) visited the Turkish Embassy on Saturday, July 16.
Turkey celebrates the martyrs who lost their lives defending the Turkish government against rebels who attempted a coup d’etat on July 15, 2016.
Somalia reaffirmed its solidarity with Turkey through the Senators and Members of Parliament (MPs).
The East African nation’s legislators and senior government officials also reassured Turkey of its support for Democracy and National Unity Day.
