A Somali man who had been released from an Italian prison in 2016 has died after his car exploded today.
Hashi Omar Hassan was released in 2016 after spending 17 years in an Italian prison.
He was wrongly accused and found guilty of killing two Italian journalists.
Sadly, the car he was traveling in while in Mogadishu exploded after unknown people fitted it with a bomb.
The bomb killed him after exploding on Wednesday, July 6.
