A Somali minister attended the International Cooperation Forum (ICF) in Cairo, Egypt.
Adam Aw Hirsi, the State Minister for Environment and Climate Change, attended the Second Edition Egypt-ICF and African Ministers Meeting in the Egyptian capital.
The meeting took place on Thursday, September 8.
Egyptian ministers and their counterparts from other African nations were at the meeting too.
Most of the ministers attending the meeting are in charge of the finance, economy, or environment dockets in their respective nations and governments.
