Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre has made several changes to his cabinet following a spate of resignations that hit it over the last few days.
The Prime Minister appointed AhmedNur Sheikh Mohamed Loxos as the State Minister for Planning, Investment, and Economic Development.

Additionally, Abdirashid Mohamed Duale has been appointed as Deputy Minister of Education, Culture, and Higher Education, where he will support the ministry’s efforts to improve education, cultural initiatives, and higher education programs in Somalia.
