Somali Police Force (SPF) officers arrested 31 male scammers in a crackdown carried out earlier today.
Police insiders said that the suspects were carried after allegedly scamming innocent members of the public by claiming to be telecom employees.
Those arrested in the crackdown are likely to be presented in court next week as authorities proceed with further investigations into the matter.
