Officers from Somali Police Force (SPF) have detonated all the remaining bombs at Villa Rosa Hotel in Mogadishu.
Terrorists attacked the hotel on Sunday at around 8pm.
For the next 16 hours plus, they blockaded the hotel with dozens of people held captive inside.
Eventually, security officers managed to rescue over 60 people from the hotel before shooting all the six militants who laid siege to the hotel on Monday.
A few hours later, police successfully and safely detonated all the remaining bombs, according to Sadik Duudishe, the spokesperson of Somali Police Force (SPF).
