Several Somali Police Force (SPF) officers have successfully completed an Investigator Development Course.
The officers completed the course on November 18.
They had been undergoing the training over the course of the last five weeks.
United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) supported the training as part of its arrangement with the Somali government.
Major General Abdi Hassan Mohamed Mohamed Hijar, the SPF Commissioner, attended the graduation ceremony in Mogadishu on Friday.
Senior officials of the UNODC in Somalia were present at the graduation ceremony too.
Funds for the training came from the United States Department of State.
