Somalia’s Prime Minister has appointed a new Senior Advisor on Women Affairs and Human Rights.
According to Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre, Shamsa Abdulkadir will take over as the new advisor.
Abdulkadir is to advise the Office of the Prime Minister on matters pertaining to women’s affairs and human rights around the country.
The new Senior Advisor’s appointment was made official on Sunday.
