MOGADISHU — The Prime Minister of Somalia, H.E. Hamza Abdi Barre, welcomed a high-level German delegation at his office in Mogadishu.
The delegation was headed by the German Minister of State for Economic Cooperation and Development, Mr. Niels Annen, accompanied by the German Ambassador to Somalia, Mr. Sebastian Groth.

The dialogue centered on shared interests and key bilateral issues. The Prime Minister updated the delegation on recent national developments, covering several critical areas:

He specifically highlighted Somalia’s role on the global stage through platforms like the United Nations Security Council (UNSC), where the nation currently holds a non-permanent seat.
