However, the issue prioritized in the talks was the relationship between the executive and legislative arms of the government.
Speaker Sheikh Adan Mohamed Nur Madobe chaired today’s session.
First Deputy Speaker Sadia Yassin Haji Samatar and other members of the standing committee were present in the session.
Other issues addressed included the ongoing fight against terrorism and the government’s delivery of services to the public.
