Somali President Attends Talks on Sudan Crisis

President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud attended talks held in Djibouti to discuss the Sudan crisis.

The Somali President joined his counterparts in the Djiboutian capital on Monday.

They are in Djibouti to attend the Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) Heads of State and Government Summit.

President Mohamud held talks with Malik Agar.

Agar is the Vice Chairperson of the Sudan Transitional Sovereign Council.

Their discussions centered around finding ways of promoting peace and stability for the resilience the people of Sudan have continuously demonstrated despite the ongoing crisis.
