Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud held discussions with President Dr. William Samoei Ruto of Kenya in Nairobi.
The Somali President and his Kenyan counterpart met at State House Nairobi on Wednesday, September 14.
President Mohamud traveled to Nairobi on Monday to attend President Ruto’s inauguration, which took place on Tuesday.
A day later, the Somali leader visited Ruto.
They discussed wide-ranging issues that included strengthening bilateral relations between Somalia and Kenya.
Another issue they discussed was the need to fast-track the implementation of the Joint Committee for Cooperation.
