President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud has left Somalia to begin his official visit to Djibouti.
The plane carrying President Mohamud and his delegation departed the Aden Adde International Airport on Tuesday, December 6.
President Mohamud is scheduled to hold talks with President Ismail Omar Guelleh of Djibouti on issues touching on their respective nations.
He will also attend the closing ceremony of the ongoing Heritage Institute’s annual general meeting.
Several Somali leaders have been in Djibouti for the conference.
President Mohamud will be visiting Djibouti for the second time since winning the May presidential elections.
