President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud of Somalia has promised that his administration will eventually hold discussions with Al-Shabaab.
The Somali President was speaking during his ongoing 2-day official visit to Turkey.
President Mohamud promised that the previous solutions in tackling the Al-Shabaab menace have proved ineffective.
Consequently, he said a change of strategy would be the most welcome solution.
Nevertheless, President Mohamud vowed that this is not the time for dialogue between the government and Al-Shabaab.
